Delete your Tilaw account
You can delete your Tilaw account at any time — from inside the app, or by writing to us. Deletion is permanent and takes effect immediately.
- 1Sign in to Tilaw and open “My account”.
- 2Scroll to “Delete account” at the bottom of the page.
- 3Confirm. Your account and its data are removed straight away.
What is deleted
Your profile, reading progress, learning sessions, recitation attempts and their reports, circle memberships, badges, bookmarks and reminder settings.
What is kept
Anonymous, non-identifying counters (such as the total number of lessons completed on the platform), and payment records PayPal is legally required to keep. Neither can be linked back to you.
